Kimberly Anderson , LCSW

Kimberly Anderson is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida who combines long experience in human services with focused clinical training to support adults and families through change. She began her career after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services in 2000 and spent years working in behavioral health settings for both children and adults, as well as in a skilled nursing facility. After a decade teaching elementary school and helping students reach academic goals, she returned to social work to pursue advanced clinical practice.

She completed a Master’s degree in 2017 and finished her clinical training to become an LCSW - a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - in 2020. Kimberly stays actively engaged in professional learning and holds certification as a Case Manager from the Commission for Case Manager Certification. She continues to expand her knowledge in areas such as trauma, ethical issues affecting older adults, and approaches to support people facing life-changing events and stressors.

Kimberly works with clients on issues including life purpose and career concerns, relationship and family conflicts, grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. She approaches each person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and she tailors conversations and treatment plans to meet individual needs. Kimberly emphasizes support and empowerment for those taking steps toward a more fulfilling and resilient life.
